1. How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Singapore orders usually take 2 - 3 business days to arrive. International orders via registered air mail, barring any interference from customs, should take 5 - 14 business days (depending on the country involved) to arrive.

2. How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE of charge, regardless of total cost of purchases.

3. How can I keep track of when my order will arrive?
For the convenience of our international customers, we will provide you a tracking number for the order in our confirmation e-mail, once the payment for the order has been received. The tracking number can be entered in either one of our courier's websites, SpeedPost or SingPost.

4. When will my purchase show up on my credit card statement?
Orders placed online will show up immediately. Please note that orders will appear as "support@famgard.com" on your credit card statement.

5. What if I don't have a credit card or don't want to use a credit card over the Internet? How can I order?
